Glastonbury Festival has always been the first to host “alternative” solutions to environmental concerns, and over time those “alternatives” have become mainstream. Glastonbury Festival gives people the chance to “open their eyes” and see something better, even if it is only for one weekend in the year.

First established in 1977. It is now a spiritual icon with over 33 years experience of event innovation and inspiration. Thousands of visitors from the UK, and abroad, attend yearly celebrations in London and Manchester, attracted by an eclectic mix of musicians, international workshop leaders, best-selling authors, artists and cutting edge exhibitors.

Hay Festival seeks to inspire, examine and entertain with sustainable events and projects around the world. Offering innovative platforms to discover new ideas, Hay Festival invites audiences to imagine the world as it is and as it might be. It is a catalyst for change and a community that is open and accessible to everyone.

The Big Green Gathering is for people who care about health, the environment, sustainability, for children's future and life in general. It is a celebration of our natural world and our place within it. It is a place for enjoyment, learning and fun. Unhealthy activities are not encouraged in this gathering, except excess of love, peace, joy, and friendship.

Rooted in the underground electronic music, Noisily is a family forged in a holistic environment which feeds the mind, body and soul. Each year we gather each year in the woods to Dance. Create. Learn. Connect.

Guided by our environment and grounded in nature, we celebrate the individual and cultivate understanding in the collective. But make no mistake, this a proper party.

Shambala is not a product, or a brand – it’s a likeminded community of thousands. We strongly believe that festivals should be an alternative vision of society. They should be utopias, places where interacting with fellow humans isn’t a hassle but a pleasure. Our aim above all is to treat our community with respect, kindness and fairness, and ensure their voices are heard and respected.

We aim to create a safe place where children (and adults) can be free to explore; we aim to run our event on 100% renewable energy, and to recycle and reuse our waste products where possible.

A four-day party like no other. Wilderness is a weekend of escapism, high jinks, and wholesome hedonism. This is the place where you can be who you want to be. Step in, explore and indulge your wild side.

Don't see your favourite green festival? Please let us know and we'll get that remedied right away!
